These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Tech Xperts website, services, and any repair or diagnostic services provided by Tech Xperts (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Services or submitting your device for repair, you agree to comply with these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of these Terms will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from:

4. Accounts and Security
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account with Tech Xperts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. Tech Xperts will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.
5. Repair Bookings and Payments
5.1 Booking Repairs
When you book a repair through our Services, you agree that all information provided about your device and contact details is accurate and complete. All repair bookings are subject to device assessment, and we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
5.2 Payments
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and online payment services. Payment is due in full upon completion of repair, prior to release of the device. All payments are securely processed using industry-standard encryption where applicable.
6. Inspection and Labour Fees
If we open and inspect your device as part of an assessment (more in-depth than standard diagnosis), a non-refundable labour fee will be charged, even if you choose not to proceed with a full repair. This covers technician time and workshop resources for any device handled beyond basic external diagnostics.
7. Risks Inherent in Electronics Repair
Electronic device repairs are inherently unpredictable due to the nature of circuit boards, aging components, or prior damage. You acknowledge and accept that:
Your device may be beyond repair or could become permanently damaged during the repair process, rendering it unusable
Circuit board components deteriorate over time, leading to failures without warning, especially on devices exposed to liquid damage where parts may short circuit, oxidize, corrode, or rust
Some devices, particularly those with pre-existing liquid damage, may fail during repair attempts through no fault of Tech Xperts
Tech Xperts will not be liable for pre-existing defects, hidden faults, or any additional failures that arise during or after the repair process
8. Device Collection and Storage
8.1 Collection
Devices must be collected within 30 days of repair completion notification. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information for collection arrangements.
8.2 Storage Fees
After 30 days, a daily storage fee may apply. Devices unclaimed for 90 days may be recycled or disposed of at our discretion. If you fail to collect your device within the specified timeframe, no refund will be issued for completed repairs.
9. Parts, Warranty and Refunds
9.1 Parts
We use high-quality, professionally sourced replacement parts for all repairs. All repairs come with our standard one-year warranty on replaced or serviced parts from the date of completion.
9.2 Warranty Limitations
Warranty excludes further accidental damage, liquid damage, or unrelated component failures. Warranty does not cover pre-existing defects or issues unrelated to the original repair.
9.3 Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your repair or believe there has been an error, please contact us within 7 days of collection. We will review your request and, at our discretion, issue a refund, replacement, or additional repair work. Refunds are subject to the condition and nature of the original problem.
10. Data Responsibility
While reasonable precautions are taken, Tech Xperts cannot guarantee the preservation of any data, settings, or configurations on your device. You are strongly advised to back up all important data before submitting devices for repair. We will not be held liable for any loss of data, programs, or settings during inspection, diagnosis, or repair processes.
11. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided are estimates based on initial assessment and proposed work. If unforeseen issues are discovered during repair, we will update the quote and seek your approval before proceeding. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tech Xperts website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Tech Xperts or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tech Xperts. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party websites. Your interactions with these third parties are solely your responsibility.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Xperts and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or device repairs, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Tech Xperts for the relevant repair service. Tech Xperts is not responsible for consequential loss, indirect damages, lost business, or lost profits. Liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific repair job.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that devices will be repairable or that repairs will restore full functionality. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
16. Right to Refuse Service
Tech Xperts reserves the right to refuse service on any device, or where legal, safety, or feasibility concerns arise. We may refuse service for devices containing illegal content, hazardous materials, or if safety concerns exist.
17. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Xperts, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
